Pickup and Delivery Questions
Our pickup and delivery service is available seven days a week, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
If you would like to sign up for regular service (weekly or bi-weekly) it is $1.79/lb.
If you only want to use our service from time to time it is $1.99/lb. for as-needed services.
If you want your clothes back the same day you must schedule your pick up before noon and the cost is $2.19/lb.
Recurring service (weekly / bi-weekly) minimum: $40.
As-needed service minimum: $25.
Same day service minimum: $30.
For regular service your turnaround time is 24 hours. You can schedule to get your laundry back the same day, but your clothes must be picked up before noon.

You do not! When you schedule your pick up please put in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so they know where to look for it. Some secure locations include out of sight on your front porch, inside an unlocked garage, with the doorman of your building.
We want you to be satisfied with your laundry so if you like it done a certain way please let us know. There is a section called "Preferences" where you can tell us if you have any special laundry instructions.
Yes, we will! Just let us know what item has the stain under "Special Laundry Instructions" and we will spot treat it for you.
No, we never ask you to sign a contract. You can cancel your service at any time.
Like other online services we will ask for your credit card information when you place your order. Your card will not be charged until your laundry order is complete.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or sturdy trash bag that can be cinched closed.
If you go on vacation, you can log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
